Order Tracking
Orders placed through the Barloworld Customer Service Center on major account programs can track parts, service, and rental orders online. Simply type in your order confirmation number and the status of that order will be displayed.
Reporting
Fleet reports are available for tracking your parts purchases, service requests, or rental use. In addition, full fleet utilization and management reports are available. These reports can be delivered by the most convenient method for you.
Consolidated Invoices
Single point account management means you can receive consolidated invoices for all of your parts orders. One bill, once a month. Makes accounting much simpler.
National Ordering
Single point ordering is available on a national basis.

Single point customer service is available for regional and national programs. This provides toll-free number access as well as full-time email contact with customer service people ready to answer your service or billing questions.
